We’re 6 days into the new year, how well have you’ve been doing with your New Years resolution. My fellow blogger – see link below – had some tips to share on how make those resolutions stick – my biggest tip is to start at something small and then grow it. For example, if you have plans to be at the gym to work out more, set more realistic goals – don’t go from not going to saying you’ll go 5 days a week, start at like 2 days and then gradually increase it by one day at time till you get more comfortable and it becomes second nature.
