How do you like your veggie? Fresh or Roasted — I tried it fresh then I Roasted it and called it Preeti Sweet Roasted Brussels

Check out easy recipe below:

2 Cups of halved Brussels Sprouts

1/2 Large Sweet Red Pepper – sliced/chopped

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

1 Tablespoon of Pure Maple Syrup

1/2 Teaspoon of Pink Himalayan Salt

1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl and add to a baking pan then bake for 10 minutes on 450°F.

Serve and Enjoy 😋😋
