2 lbs of Fresh Chicken Drumsticks (Cleaned)
2 Garlic Cloves – Minced
2 Tablespoons of Lemon Zest
1 Teaspoon of Onion Salt
1 Teaspoon of Dried Oregano
1 Teaspoon of Parsley
1 Teaspoon of Cumin
1 Teaspoon of Paprika
1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
1 Teaspoon of Sweet Chili Pepper Powder
1 Teaspoon of Sugar
2 Teaspoons of Hickory Liquid Smoke (optional)
4 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
Clean the chicken thoroughly and set aside (I usually use lemon water and vinegar to clean my chicken). Combine the garlic, lemon zest, spices and sugar except the liquid smoke and olive oil together in a bowl that has a lid, then add the chicken then cover the bowl and shake shake shake to get all the ingredients around the chicken then refrigerate for up to 24 or more hours. After chicken is now marinated chicken, add liquid smoke then shake then transfer the chicken to the air fryer pan, Drizzle on the Olive Oil, generously then set the air fryer temperature to 375Β°F and timer to 40 minutes. In between, check on the chicken, toss and turn occasionally then your chicken is now ready to be
