Preeti Brown Rice & Millet Sesame Noodles

This has to best noodles I’ve made to date. One the kids love it and two it’s a healthier version to their favorite sodium packed noodles. These noodles right here is sodium free, vegan, gluten free and most of dairy free. I found these organic noodle cakes at Costco and thought I’d try it out, of course I had to add my Preeti flair to it.

Here’s how to make it:


  • 2 Noodle Cakes
  • 2 Teaspoons of Sesame Oil
  • 1 Teaspoon of Olive Oil
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sesame Seeds
  • 1 Cup of Frozen Mixed Vegetables – rinsed out in warm water
  • 1 Cube of Goya Vegetable Bouillon
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper


  • Bring 4 Cups water to boil in a medium sauce pan and then add 2 noodle cakes. Boil for 2 Minutes and then start to use a fork to unravel the noodle cakes. Then boil for another 2 minutes.
  • After 4 minutes of boil time, drain out excess liquid and rinse out with cool water and set aside.
  • Add sesame oil and olive oil to sauce pan under medium heat, add minced garlic and sesame seeds, then add mixed vegetables, stir for about 2 minutes then add vegetable bouillon and cayenne pepper, then add noodles. Stir and all ingredients together.
  • Serve and Enjoy !!!

So if you are wondering if I will ever buy this again, I sure will. This was super delicious!!!!!

Preeti Sticky Honey Peppered Wings

Oooh Lawdy…..these wings were so sticky good….you have to try it. These wings were the perfect bite sized wings and you can’t help but grab a few. Now let me show you how I turned some ordinary wings to super delish honey peppered wings.


  • 20 lbs of Fresh Chicken Wings (Cleaned)
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion – Sliced
  • 4 Tbsp of Minced Garlic
  • 3 Tsp of Sea Salt
  • 1/4 Cup of Parsley
  • 4 Tbsps of Olive Oil
  • 2 Cups of Chopped Sweet Pepper
  • 1/2 Medium Sized Sweet Onions – Chopped
  • 4 Cups of Pure Honey
  • 2 Maggie Seasoning Cubes
  • 4 Tbsps of Crushed Red Pepper


  • In a large bowl, rinse the wings in lemon juice and water – then pour chicken into a large cooking pan.
  • Place cooking pan with chicken on the stove under medium heat, add 5 Cups of water, onions, garlic, sea salt and parsley, then stir and cook for 20 minutes – this way you can get some of the flavor into the chicken and make sure the chicken is cooked a little before air frying.
  • Drain extra chicken broth out of chicken and set into a large baking pan and air fry in the Cuisinart Toaster Oven and Air Fryer for 15 Minutes at 400°F – since this is a large batch, you would have to do it in batches as the air fryer could only take but so much, you can also do it in batches in a deep fryer.
  • Once the air frying/deep frying  is done, set aside the fried chicken wings.
  • In a sauce pan under medium heat, add olive oil, chopped sweet peppers, sweet onions. Sautée the sweet peppers and onions then add honey, crushed maggie cubes and crushed red pepper flakes. Mix thoroughly.
  • Then add air fried wings to the honey sauce and mix till all of the wings have been properly coated with the honey sauce.
  • Serve and Enjoy !!!!

Preeti Meat Combo Stew

Yum Yum – Yes it’s a preeti combo of goat meat, beef chucks, and beef neck bones.

There’s no using a fork and a knife to eat this one, you’ve just got to pick this one up and eat it with your fingers and it’s okay to lick your fingers.

These meats were seasoned, cooked and air fried and then cooked with stew. Let me show you how – this does take a little bit of time to make but it’s so worth it.


  • 2 lbs of assorted goat meat with and without skin
  • 5 lbs of beef chucks
  • 6 lbs of beef neck bones (It’s mostly bones)
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 3 Medium Sized Onion
  • 2 Garlic Cloves – Minced
  • 7 Maggi Seasoning Cubes
  • 2 Teaspoons of Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1 Teaspoon of Ground Cumin
  • 2 Teaspoons of Curry Powder
  • 3 Teaspoons of Parsley Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon of Dried Thyme
  • 3 Large Bell Peppers
  • 48 Oz of Crushed Tomatoes – Canned
  • 3 Scotch Bonnet Peppers
  • 1/2 Cup of Tomato Paste
  • 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil


  • In a large pot, add cleaned and rinsed goat meat and add 4 Cups of water, with 1 Medium sized Onion-sliced, 1 Garlic Clove-Minced, 4 Maggi Seasoning Cubes, 1 Teaspoon of Salt, 1 Teaspoon Cayenne Pepper, 1 Teaspoon of  Ground Cumin, 1 Tablespoon of Curry Powder and 2 Teaspoons of Parsley – Cook for 15 Minutes then add the beef chunks and beef neck bones, stir thoroughly and cook for 25 Minutes till all the meats are tender.
  • Take the tender meats out of the meat stock and put into a baking pan and air fry for 15 minutes on 400ºF.
  • While the Meat is air frying: Start to make the stew by adding  3 large bell peppers-cut up, 48 oz of crushed tomatoes, 2 medium onions-cut up, 3 scotch bonnet peppers, 1/2 Cup of Tomato Paste and 1 Garlic Clove to the blender and blend till it’s nicely pureed, then set aside.
  • Heat up 1 Cup of Vegetable Oil in a large pot, add blended pepper sauce gradually to hot oil then add  3 Maggi Seasoning Cubes, 1 Teaspoon of Salt, 1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder, Parsley Flakes and Dried Thyme. Stir sauce with all seasonings and let simmer for 5 – 7 Minutes.
  • The air fried meats should now be ready, take out the air fried meats and add to the stew and let it simmer for 15 – 20 minutes.
  • Stew is now ready to be enjoyed with any of your favorite nigerian dishes varying from rice, beans, pounded yam,etc. or if you just feel like eating it by itself, you can do that too.

Preeti Cheesy Jack Mac – Dairy Free

Holy Moly…..this freaking delicious, I kid you not….You have to try this simple Mac and Cheese recipe – this is not your average mac and cheese. Who said dairy free or being vegan was boring …this mac and cheese will have you licking your lips and making lip smacking sounds.. 🙂


  • 10 oz (2 cups) of Macaroni Pasta
  • 5 cups of water
  • 1 Cup of Peas and Carrot
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Milk
  • 1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil
  • 2 Cups of Shredded Daiya Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Cup of  Shredded Daiya Pepper Jack Cheese
  • 1 Teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper – Optional


  • Bring 5 Cups of Water to Boil in a medium size pot. Then add Macaroni Pasta along with the Peas and Carrots.
  • Cook Macaroni Pasta for with peas and carrot for 8 to 10 minutes – al dente
  • Drain and side aside.
  • Place the used pasta pot on the stove under medium heat, then pour in the coconut milk, coconut oil, and cheeses then stir until all the cheeses have melted and the sauce is creamy,  then add pasta and veggies to the sauce and stir thoroughly.
  • Stir in Crushed Red Pepper Flakes and add Cayenne Pepper (optional) here then let simmer for about 2 or 3 minutes.
  • Serve and Enjoy !!!!! Oh la la !!!!!

Preeti Fried Plantains and Peppered Eggs

Preeti Saucy Spaghetti and BBQ Turkey Meatball

Just wanted to share my “lazy” dairy free lunch – Spaghetti with BBQ Turkey Meatballs and pre-homemade special pasta sauce. I actually used the same sauce I used for pizza in my previous post.

Preeti Sweet Chipotle Turkey Meatballs

Wow, you too can make your very own preeti sweet meatballs and they are dairy free too believe I made dairy free meatballs using oat flour.


  • 1.5 lbs of Lean Ground Turkey
  • 1 small Sweet Onion – chopped
  • 2 Garlic Cloves – minced
  • 2 Tablespoons of Chipotle Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon of Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/3 Cup of Oat Flour (make by blending whole grain oats in my nutribullet blender)
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 2 Teaspoons of Oregano
  • 1 Tablespoon of Parsley
  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Meatball sauce:

  • 3 Tablespoon of Tomato Paste
  • 28 oz can of Crushed Tomatoes
  • 1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
  • 1 Tablespoon of Honey
  • 1 Pinch of Minced Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon of Chipotle Seasoning


  • Preheat oven to 400 °F
  • In a medium sized bowl, add ground turkey, onions, garlic, chipotle seasoning, brown sugar, cayenne pepper, flour, salt, oregano and parsley. Stir till ingredients are well incorporated. (Using your hand is much better)
  • Grease a sheet pan with olive oil and rub it around until the pan is well coated.
  • Spoon 1 Tablespoon of turkey mixture into your hands, rolling the mixture gently into a ball. Place the meatball in the well greased pan and then continue the process with the remaining mixture.
  • Coat the meatballs with olive oil using a pastry brush or roll them around the pan so that that they are well coated.
  • Bake for 25 Minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flip occasionally.
  • Then in a medium pan, add all the Meatball Sauce ingredients, stir and cook for 10 mins.
  • After the sauce as simmered, add meatballs to the sauce and let simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Then serve with your favorite pasta or eat as a delicious appetizer.

Preeti Purple Cabbage Rice

You’re going to want to try this. It’s super delicious and super easy to make. I had pre-made white Jasmine Rice so this meal was completed in less than 10 minutes. All you need is:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup of Shredded Red (Purple) Cabbage
  • 1/4 Cup of Sliced Onions (Optional)
  • 1 Cup of cooked Jasmine Rice
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 1/2 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
  • A Pinch of Crushed Cilantro leaves

And this is how you make it

  • In sauce pan, heat Olive Oil under medium heat, add shredded red cabbage, sliced onions – sautée for 2 minutes, then add jasmine rice, salt, pepper and cilantro and mix all ingredients together for about 2 mins.
  • Serve and enjoy as a main dish or a side dish.
